In memory of Simon Marshall (Consultant Anaesthetist and airway specialist, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital), submissions are invited for "SCAREWAYS", the trainee presentation session at SWAMS ASM on 5th December 2025. Submissions will be assessed for either oral or poster presentation.
The winner of the best oral presentation will receive the "Simon Marshall Cup". Applications should take the form of an abstract detailing innovative projects, publications or case studies related to airway management that the trainee has been involved with during their training.
The recipient of the award will be judged by a competitive process to be decided by the SWAMS committee. The prize will be presented at the SWAMS ASM on 5th December 2025.
