Ticket bookings now open!
Join us on 5th December for the 2025 SWAMS BASM at Buckfast Abbey conference centre. This will follow the same format as our previous very well received meetings with a stimulating program of lectures in the morning followed by an afternoon of interactive workshops. A great chance to catch up with developments in airway management and get some hands on practice with the latest kit.
PLEASE NOTE - Workshop tickets are now sold out. Morning lectures and lunch tickets still available.
The program will provide a full day focused on the latest developments and discussion points in airway management. The programme opens with a session on current hot topics in the field, followed by the thought-provoking "Scareways" series exploring challenging airway cases. Expert speakers will present on paediatric airway management and innovations in airway training. The afternoon (for those staying) features hands-on workshops covering a wide range of advanced techniques, including videolaryngoscopy, jet ventilation, eFONA, airway ultrasound, awake tracheal intubation, and more. The day concludes with the awarding of the SWAMS Simon Marshall Cup. Ticket prices include coffee, refreshments, and lunch. A great opportunity to further your expertise and interest in complex airway anaesthesia.
