In memory of Sudheer Medakkar (Associate Specialist Anaesthetist, Torbay Hospital), applications are invited for a bursary of £500 for anaesthetic trainees interested in airway management. Applications should take the form of a poster presentation detailing innovative projects, publications or case studies related to airway management that the trainee has been involved with during their training.
The recipient of the award will be judged by a competitive process to be decided by the SWAMS committee. The bursary will be presented at the SWAMS ASM on 14th December 2018.
